What you can expect from us
A few things that shape how Risponse is built and sold.
- Your team decides who sees what. Admins see everything; members see only the chats their labels give them. Number masking hides customer numbers from agents who do not need them.
- Honest about WhatsApp’s rules. Meta decides who gets the blue tick and how numbers are limited. Risponse never promises either, and the docs explain how to keep your numbers in good standing.
- Your data, your copy. Depending on your plan, export chats, messages, notes, tickets and activity history whenever you need them, mostly as CSV files you can open in any spreadsheet.
- Prices you can read. Plans in INR and USD on one page. Every plan includes one user and your first WhatsApp number.
