What counts as a user and what counts as a number?

A user is a teammate who signs in to Risponse through WhatsApp. A number is a WhatsApp number connected to your workspace. Users and numbers are billed separately: each plan includes one user and your first number, and every extra user or number costs the plan price.

How does the introductory offer work?

For now, yearly plans are 50% off the yearly price shown on this page. Pick yearly billing to see the offer price per user per month. You pay for the year up front.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If Risponse is not right for your team, ask within 14 days of a payment and you get a full refund, no questions asked. Email us at info@risponse.com.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The free trial lasts 15 days. Sign up for free and try Risponse with your own number and team before you choose a plan.

What are broadcast credits and AI credits?

Broadcast credits pay for bulk messages: one message to one chat uses one credit. AI credits pay for AI features such as the AI agent, summaries and AI steps in automations. Plans include the monthly credits shown in the comparison table, and you can buy more any time.

How credits work
Do I also pay Meta for WhatsApp messages?

Not on numbers connected with a QR code. On Business API numbers, and for API messages on coexistence numbers, Meta charges per delivered message by category and recipient country. Messages your customers send you are free.

Can I pay in Indian rupees?

Yes. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and US dollars. Switch the currency at the top of the plans.

What happens when I run out of credits?

AI features pause until you top up or your monthly credits renew; chats, tickets and bulk messages keep working. Bulk messages need broadcast credits, so new ones wait until you add more.
